Exceptional customer service at the front desk made us feel welcomed. A lovely fruit basket awaited us for our honeymoon, adding a personal touch to our stay.

The elevators were notably slow and outdated, which detracted from the overall experience.

The room was spacious, but we found a cockroach in the bathroom.

The Holiday Inn Express offered a splendid stay with a fantastic location that allowed easy access to local attractions. The room was well-decorated and the bed incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night. Breakfast featured an adequate selection, although seating was at a premium during the high season. Despite not utilizing the pool, the overall experience was pleasant, and I would gladly return.

We were super impressed with the staff! They were so nice and made us feel special on our honeymoon. The fruit basket was a sweet touch! Breakfast had some banging chorizo tacos, yum! Only issue was the shower head wasn't great and sprayed a bit too much.

the holiday inn express had a great location right off IH-37, making it super easy to get around. the staff was welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. we loved the spacious standard king room, which made our stay enjoyable.

The location felt safe, especially with the empty parking lot. Chris, who checked us in, was extremely welcoming. We received a complimentary upgrade to a corner room, much larger than we expected. The room was clean and comfortable, but I saw some signs of neglect—especially the carpet, which was sticky and seemed badly in need of a deep clean. The shower head needed maintenance. it sprayed water everywhere, which made for a messy experience. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, especially since the hotel had no guests. Breakfast had excellent variety and was well-managed by the staff, which made my mornings better. I did notice that some areas, like the bathrooms, could use some renovations to match the cleanliness of the rest of the property. A few updates would significantly improve the experience.
